ok now all that license shit is over with lets get on with how to install!.

open any of the .html files >> change the recipient to your email address 
>> change the redirect field to your thank you page e.g thanks.html

This on is a little different from v1.0 & v1.1 you can just enter any field with anyname
because i had a lot of problems with this in v1.1 so..

If you want to add fields name them -
 
other
other2
other3
other4

e.g <INPUT type="text" name="other">

DONT RENAME ANY FIELD'S IN THE EXAMPLE PAGES

IF YOU ARE GONNA MAKE YOUR OWN .HTML FILE KEEP ALL FIELDS NAMED THE SAME!

now thats not to hard is it? see it was SIMPLE!

To everyone that downloaded v1.1 - FUCKIN TELL ME IF YOU GET A PROBLEM i got 1 fuckin problem email
after 2000 download's i know there where problems.
